After completing the agreed-upon service, the crew reviewed with us what had been done, and happily answered questions we had regarding additional work (i.e., is it something we, the renters or homeowner, could safely do ourselves, or should we have them out a second time). In all, Royce’s Tree Service provided an exemplary experience, and both we and the homeowner will be contacting them for any future tree work, at this home or elsewhere in the area!
